Learning objectives
Know different didactic models and ways of implementation of this area of knowledge in the context of 1st cycle of basic education;
Understanding the educational interests, the consequences and the goals of integration of artistic expressions in 1st cycle of basic education;
Identify the advantages of artwork by interdisciplinarity in the context of the 1st cycle of basic education.
Syllabus
The didactic of expressive arts: different pedagogical models.
Artistic Education in the contemporary context.
Arts and crafts and cognition.
Educational practice organization in expressive arts in primary education.
Music contents as a tool for soft skills development in children.
Musical pedagogy models bulding activities aligned with proposals of Dalcroze, Orff and Schafer.
Symbolic play and dramatic stimulation.
Vocal improvisation.
Methodologies to crete stories with children.
Effective teaching in physical development: management tasks.
Planning of activities and intervention strategies: conceptualization and implementation of interdisciplanary projects in primary education.
Teaching methodologies (including evalution)
Presentations, debates, documents analysis, individual and group work.
Evaluation:
Theoretical and practical group work, based on a specific issue, focused on an intervention (exploiting its potential as instrument of educational interventions) in primary education contexts. This work has a weight of 100%.Essential Bibliography (including ISBN)
