Learning objectives
Know different didactic models and ways of implementation of this area of knowledge in the context of pre-school education;
Understanding the educational interests, the consequences and the goals of integration of artistic expressions in Pre-school Education;
Recognize different artistic languages as a way to be aware of contemporary cultural diversity;
Identify the advantages of artwork by interdisciplinarity in the context of Preschool Education.
Syllabus
Didactics of artistic expressions: various pedagogical approaches.
Artistic Education for understanding contemporary culture.
Plastic expression: cognition and production.
Musical expression contents as a tool for children tranversal skills development .
Musical pedagogy models: Dalcroze, Orff and Schafer theoretical frameworks.
Streamlining the symbolic game/ dramatic
Vocal improvisation.
Story writing with children methodology.
Effective teaching concept in physical-motor expression: management tasks.
Activities planning and design: intervention strategies and implementation of interdisciplinary projects.
Teaching methodologies (including evalution)
Theoretical-practical lessons - articulation of the active and expository method using different strategies: debates, films, practical work with techniques and working methods experimentation.
Evaluation:
A theoretical practical interdisciplinary group work elaboration centered on a intervention proposal, starting from a generator subject, exploring its potential as educational intervention instruments in pre-school context. This work has a weight of 100%Essential Bibliography (including ISBN)
