Learning objectives
Deepen pedagogical practices of knowledge of the physical, natural and social environment in Preschool Education. Take a critical look at proposed activities for pre-school education. Position students in a global practice for children initial training. Ally to playful nature, research, knowledge and pedagogical potential of the experimental method. Build experimental activities arising from situations of children everyday life. Address, in an interdisciplinary perspective, natural science and history subjects in pre-school Education context. Propose activities adapted to the age group for which they are intended, enabling the knowledge of the world.

Knowledge of the social environment: concepts and methodologies 4. Knowledge of the physical and natural environment: an experimental based approach 5. The interdisciplinarity in the Knowledge of World

Teaching methodologies (including evalution)

Analysis of scientific papers focused on the didactic perspective of the content areas that make up the world's knowledge in pre-school education. On a practical level and within an interdisciplinary approach, students will construct structured activities and appropriate proposals to the age groups of pre-school education. Students are individually evaluated by class participating (25%) and by the presentation and submission of an interdisciplinary group work (75 %).
