Learning objectives
Know different didactic models and ways of implementation of artistic expressions (plastic, dramatic, musical and motor) in Childhood education context; Using different artistic languages as a way to make children aware of contemporary cultural diversity; Identify, understand and characterize the multiple uses of different artistic expressions in Childhood Education. Identify the advantages of artwork by interdisciplinarity in the context of Childhood Education. Understanding the educational interests, the consequences and the goals of integration of artistic expressions in Childhood Education.

Syllabus
1.Art Education 1.1 Didactics of artistic expressions: various pedagogical approaches. 1.2 Artistic education guidelines of the Childhood Education 1.3 Artistic education in contemporary context. 2. The specificity of artistic languages 2.1 Plastic Expression and cognition. 2.2 Pedagogical Purposes of plastic expression in Childhood Education. 2.3 Effective teaching concept in physical-motor expression: management tasks. 2.4 The space and resources ( human and material ) for the development of Motor Expression 2.5 Musical pedagogy models: Dalcroze, Orff, and Schafer theoretical frameworks 2.6 Streamlining the symbolic game/dramatic 2.7 Text-pretext: introduction to theatrical language games 3. Artistic and pedagogical intervention 3.1Activities planning and design: intervention strategies and implementation of interdisciplinary projects. 3.2 The art education: forms and artistic modes of representation.

Teaching methodologies (including evalution)

Exhibition, Debate, documents analysis, Group Work. Evaluation: a theoretical practical interdisciplinary group work elaboration centered on a intervention proposal, starting from a generator subject, exploring its potential as educational intervention instruments in Childhood context. This work has a weight of 100%
