Ensure training interventions in the workplace in order to guarantee personal, professional and organizational development - Diagnose training needs - Design and implement training projects - Design and implement training evaluation strategies

Teaching methodologies (including evalution)

The training will be pratic oriented, focusing on the needs and expectations of students, so that the concepts and theories can be more easily mastered and transferred to professional contexts, as supervisors. Thus, in addition to theoretical and exhibitions for presentation and explanation of the main concepts, trainees will be involved in practical tasks and group work, in order to be able to apply what they learn. Assessment methods and respective weightings: Group work: 70% Individual work: 30% The students, in group work, will design and implement a planning and intervention in their professional contexts and an individual work (so that they can explicit the theoretical knowledge)
