Understand the importance of physical activity for motor development at all age levels.
Acquire knowledge related to the organization of actions in the field of sports.
Awaken the interest for more traditional activities, applying them in order to promote the socio-cultural development of the child, the young and the elderly people.

Organization and planning of Actions Sport animation: types of sports animation actions
Development of the human being:
Stages of motor development
The child's motor acquisitions
Motor Plan Organization:
Basic motor skills-conditional and coordinative purposes and its sensitive phases
Practical approach of these capabilities
Physical education in children and Youth:
Goals of physical education programs for children and young people
Methodological aspects of work with children and young people
Physical activity in the elderly:
Key benefits of physical activity in the elderly
Pathologies and physical activity
Program goals of physical activity in the elderly and methodological aspects
Didactics of General Kinetics:
Planning of didactic unit
Planning and organization of activities according to the various age groups: children, young and elderly people
Practical approach of the various sportive modalities.
Teaching methodologies (including evalution)
Strategies and resources:
Oral presentations
Debate
Group work
Visiting a social institution
Forms of assessment and their weighting:
The evaluation results from the assessment of two theoretical-practical work group (60%) and of an individual test (40%). One group work will focus on the planning of an sports animation action aimed at a particular social context (30%) and other on the elaboration of the choreography and its presentation of a dance for children (30%).Essential Bibliography (including ISBN)
