- Reveal a deep knowledge of the key evaluation concepts
- Understand the importance of evaluation for improvement
- Actively participate in the evaluation processes of educational institutions
- Know and apply evaluation models of educational institutions
- Design, implement and evaluate teacher performance appraisal processes according to improvement purposes
- Integrate school, teacher performance and training evaluation processes
- Support and coordinate teachers in the organization and evaluation of the teaching process
- Integrate assessment in the learning process
- Evaluate methodologies and assessment tools, adapting them to the teaching / learning processes
- Promote self-regulatory habits in teachers

Teaching methodologies (including evalution)
- Theoretical analysis and critical reflections of several issues related to the contents of the curricular unit
- Debate moments for knowledge sharing on evaluation issues
- Analysis and evaluation of strategies, methodologies and assessment tools
- Group works, in order to apply what is being learned.
Evaluation: Individual work: 60% Group work: 40%
Development of a project (group) on the issues related to the curricular unit objectives. This work will be complemented by an individual reflection, which will emphasize what was learned and how it will influence future work as a supervisor.Essential Bibliography (including ISBN)
