Professional design based on technical rationality, practical rationality and critical rationality 4. Professional teacher development and change 5. Processes of (un) professionalization and teacher burn-out 6. Professional Life Cycles

Teaching methodologies (including evalution)

Training will focus on the needs and expectations of students, so that the concepts and theories can be more easily mastered and transferred to professional contexts. Thus, in addition to theoretical presentations of the main concepts to be held also during the seminar hours, students will be involved in practical tasks, reflection and discussion of texts and group work, in order to be able to transfer to their work contexts what they learned. The works will be supported by the teachers in the hours dedicated to OT. Evaluation methods and weightings: Group work: 60% Individual work: 40%
